Iconic

One of the best-known lighthouses in Germany – decommissioned since 1919.

We’re back home. Tomorrow is the start of my fifth October Daily Project. Because of other commitments (teaching again) there will be a post a day, but not a daily photo. This week there will be some more photos from the coast.

Hello Little One

Click for a bigger version.

Found this little one flat on the ground in full sun. Carried it to a sheltered place. According to the Dearest (I was on late shift) it was gone by late afternoon. Tentatively identified as a common pipistrelle.

I’m still planning on doing October Daily again this year, so I figured I better start posting more often to get used to the new editor.
