And Now for Something Not So Completely Different

I gave up on painting years ago, because my art teacher “convinced” me I’m no good. I’m still mad at her for that – she basically objected to my way of interpreting the topics she handed out. What kind of teacher does that?

But thanks to a lucky coincidence I found a new teacher – Youtube. The quality of the “lessons” varies, but the advantage is that you can choose what (and from whom) you want to learn. So recently I dug out my watercolours again (and my acrylics and my coloured pencils…).

It’s not perfect (most obviously the right wing is way to long), but I’m perfectly happy with it.
